Als je niet helemaal tevreden bent met je aankoop, kun je deze terugsturen voor een volledige terugbetaling, een tegoedbon of omruiling. Zie hieronder voor meer informatie over ons retourbeleid.<\/p>\n<h3>RETOUREN<\/h3>\n<p>Alle retourzendingen moeten binnen zestig (60) dagen na de aankoopdatum zijn verzonden. Alle geretourneerde artikelen moeten in nieuwe en ongebruikte staat verkeren, met alle originele labels en etiketten eraan bevestigd.<\/p>\n<h3>RETOURPROCEDURE<\/h3>\n<p>Als je een artikel wilt retourneren, plaatst je het artikel veilig in de oorspronkelijke verpakking en stuur je het terug naar het volgende adres:<\/p>\n<p>Needle and Awl<br \/>T.a.v.: Retourneren<br \/>Spaarnelaan 3<br \/>2012RJ Haarlem<br \/>Nederland<\/p>\n<p>Houd er rekening mee dat alle verzendkosten voor het retourneren voor jouw rekening zijn. We raden je sterk aan om een traceerbare methode te gebruiken om je retourzending te versturen.<\/p>\n<h3>TERUGBETALINGEN<\/h3>\n<p>Nadat we je retourzending hebben ontvangen en de staat van het artikel hebben gecontroleerd, verwerken we je retourzending, tegoedbon of omruiling. Houd rekening met ten minste veertien (14) dagen vanaf de ontvangst van je artikel om je retourzending of omruiling te verwerken. Het kan 1-2 factureringscycli duren voordat de terugbetaling(en) op je betaaloverzicht verschijnen, afhankelijk van je bank.
